Job Description
Manage the company's treasury function (Trade Finance functions) which includes handling of Trade Finance products, standby LCs, documentary credits, bid bonds etc.
Review of contracts for LC related matters
Liaise with various counterparties and other departments
Engage in export negotiation
Ensure smooth treasury operations in areas like discounting of export bills, Letters of Credit confirmation, open AR and monitoring of payments
Maintain good relationships with the banks
Advise and provide support in regards to Trade Finance matters
Job Criteria
This role requires the incumbent to have a Degree in Accountancy, Business- Finance etc. Moreover, the candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Treasury, Trade Finance and Operations. (Commodity Finance/ Structured Finance) The candidate should be independent, motivated and have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and problem solving skill sets.
