Treasury Product Control Manager x 2/London/£55-70k
We are currently looking for two product controllers to join the Treasury Finance function of an established London Investment Bank. You will be joining a team of eleven product controllers focusing mainly on money markets (IR Swaps, currency swaps, forward rate agreements, futures, loans and deposits etc) and the positions are at Associate and AVP Level.
Responsibilities:
- Production of daily PL and Balance sheet reports for the money markets desk.
- Development of the PL reporting and product control processes through various strategic projects.
- Reconciliation of ledgers and support business when implementing new products.
- Liaise with the front office and answering ad hoc trader queries.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA or CIMA) - Essential
- Experience in a product control role ideally treasury/money markets product control but all other asset classes will be considered.
- Intermediate knowledge of Access and Strong Excel skills to macro level.
- Strong communicator and confident personality.
These roles would suit candidate looking for variety away from a line product control role as the position is 50-50 split between the line and project function. You will be played a integral part in system migration and implementation projects. There are very realistic opportunities for career progression both within finance and more technical front office roles.
