Treasury – Services Advisor, Client Service Officer, Customer Account Specialist recruitment

Global Client Services within EMEA is responsible for supporting the cash management needs of approximately 1,600 clients. Within this group the Frankfurt team provides a point of contact to a number of clients in Germany-Austria-Switzerland, providing a consultative service to a mixture of clients. The Client Service Advisor is responsible for liaising with internal business partners and the client to resolve any business issues. Our clients are multinational corporates operating from various locations globally and therefore have an expectation to be serviced in their local language.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assume the lead role for a mixture of large sophisticated companies with highly capable treasury functions in a complex/customized environment.

• Provides day-to-day account servicing and resolution of complex inquiries and operational requests for accounts and clients.

• Utilises expertise to drive results within the established framework of defined processes

• Understands the end-to-end process for sales, service and fulfilment within a banking environment.

• Builds and maintains business relationships with internal and external business partners and clients

• Monitoring accuracy of data input into systems of record, information gathering, report generation and troubleshooting.

Experience requirements:

• Fluent verbal and written German and English is essential (any supplementary language skills are a benefit)

• Broad understanding of the treasury and cash management marketplace, being aware of trends and product offering

• Cash Management solutions knowledge, demonstrated by having an understanding of the different clearings within Europe, the variety of Electronic Banking and liquidity services

• Proven presentation, leadership, consultative and relationship management skills

• Must be client focused, a team player, a strong communicator

• Proven track record of improving processes, driving results and taking ownership to enhance client experience

• Experience of proactively liaising with large corporate clients

• Strong attention to detail

•  MS Office skills.

•  Ability to work under pressure and react quickly in response to client needs
