Description
The incumbent is responsible for managing the Treasury Services Supply Chain Product Management Team within the Business Strategy and Market Solutions (BSMS) group, consisting of 8-10 distinct product offerings which, in aggregate, generate approximately $200MM+ in annual revenues. The incumbent's primary focus and responsibility is to act as the business owner of their portion of the Treasury Services line of business, working with and developing their team of Supply Chain Product Managers, along with Market and Segment Managers, to define and implement a strategic growth roadmap for his/her products within the context of the Treasury Services Strategic Plan. The incumbent is also responsible for collaborating with Treasury Services Sales and Marketing to position their products for success in the marketplace including the support for client proposals, manage product p/l and overall profitability, product financial planning and forecasting, ensuring appropriate risk management, working with supporting Sales, Technology, Operations, and other business partners to ensure support for and implementation of their growth roadmap.

T he incumbent will have oversight for HR related decisions (such as hiring and motivating staff, providing performance-based feedback and working through employee relations matters Finally, the incumbent chosen will possess a keen business acumen, demonstrating a mature understanding of Bank of New York Mellon's business environment, practices and the impact of their work on Bank of New York Mellon's success.
Minimum education is Undergraduate - Business/Marketing. Preferred MBA. Minimum experience is 10 years in Cash Management. Preferred is 15 years in Cash Management. CCM or CTP preferred.
