Treasury Settlements Manager recruitment
The role will sit within the treasury department where you will be managing a team of 10. You will have solid experience in leading a team covering various treasury products. Your background will ideally be from a private bank where you would have covered and be fully versed in Foreign Exchange, Money Markets and Dual Currency Instruments.
In addition, a good working knowledge of Swift including, payments, messages and confirmations will be necessary in the role. There will also be elements of regulatory requirements around KYC and AML. You will have a strong client focus to ensure superlative service levels are maintained to both internal and external parties.
You will be a bright, professional manager who is hands on in their approach. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to optimise cohesiveness and efficiency within the department. You will also be proactive in your work, identifying opportunities to improve processes and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
