Responsibility/Duty
• Explore potential opportunities in the financial market (China-centric)
• Structure products based on current and potential market opportunities
• Lead the review and approval process on structured products by Xxx teams and TSF internal
• Customer facing with banks and corporate
• Lead and review documentations on on-going transactions
Essential Position Requirements
• Advanced understanding of the financial markets and knowledge on corporate finance
• Basic understanding of trade finance
• Innovative thinking, logical thought process and entrepreneurial mentality
• Detail oriented work style
Education, Experience, Skill and Other
Education
• University degree
• MBA or Finance degree preferred
Experience
• Banking or investment banking preferred.
• Some experience in Trade Finance (including L/C Documentation, presentation and trade documentation).
• Has exposure to local SAFE regulations and banking practices.
Skills
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced understanding of the financial markets and fair knowledge on corporate finance
• Basic understanding of trade finance
• Innovative thinking, logical thought process, entrepreneurial mentality and detail oriented work style
• Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Demonstrated team player and is able to work under minimal supervision.
• Able to manage different priorities and work well under time pressure.
• Some accounting knowledge would be an advantage.
