Trustee Services Sales (m/f)
The Division
The products managed within Trust and Agency Services (TAS) include structured credit and securitised transactions, bond and loan financings, Project Financings, Escrow, Restructurings and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
The EMEA business is consistently number 1 or 2 market position in all markets and is looking to expand its service offering and grow the revenue wallet in the German speaking market. The business has a reputation for being innovative and client focused.
The Role
The role is sales origination for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, generating leads, managing existing clients, sourcing market intelligence and being able to pitch the bank`s service offering to secure mandates. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overall responsibility for new revenue generation
- Identifying and targeting potential new clients based on your knowledge of the capital markets and relationships with the Arranging Bank community
- Developing the sales pipeline through proactively identifying prospects, opportunity/lead development, cold calling, networking and developing contacts
- Engaging with senior decision makers you will collaborate closely with client service delivery teams to achieve the goals of the business
- Preparing and delivering tailored pitches
- Organising and executing appropriate calling plans
- Responsibility for managing and deepening existing client relationships
Professional and personal qualifications
- Educated to a completed graduate academic degree in finance, economics, business administration or a similar field of studies
- Several years of capital markets experience with meaningful Investment Banking relationships to leverage
- Successful, tangible track record throughout the sales cycle (access, bids, wins, closes)
- Proven ability to set meet sales goals, build meaningful and successful relationships
- Ability to understand new concepts and be able to sell these to prospective or existing clients
- Strong partnering skills and stakeholder management. The ability to successfully navigate a complex organisation, build strong relationships and work collaboratively with external clients, the business, management teams and other functions
- Self-motivated and target driven paired with an entrepreneurial mentality and adaptability to new settings and situations
- Motivation to work in a dynamic, international and diverse environment and desire to progress and exceed expectation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English paired with strong presentation skills
