Position Summary:
To develop NBFI segment, an underpenetrated market for JPM, and generate incremental revenue by building strong deal pipelines
Summary of Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Sell Cash Liquidity products to NBFI clients and prospects maximizing internal resources
- Preemptively capture market intelligence on target prospects and produce compelling business proposals
- Present key selling points of TS products to the target clients addressing their needs
- Build strong deal pipelines to achieve sustainable revenue growth
- Establish and maintain close relationship with key stakeholders of accountable clients to effectively secure new sales opportunities and close new deals
- Increase revenue and manage financial targets by optimum deployment of TS products within existing client base
- Establish strategies and account plans for accountable clients and prospects
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TS products
- Uphold sales discipline by maintaining accuracy of KYC and CKC updates in timely fashion
- Work with customer service and other technical resources to effectively resolve customer issues and uphold client satisfactions
Skills
Specific Experience/Skills Required:
- At least 7 years of sales experience in the financial industry is a must
- A consultative sales approach with strong negotiation skill is strongly preferred
- Good knowledge/insight of overall corporate banking industry
- Ability to build business case backed up keen analytic skill
- Customer focused; ?quality and performance driven
- Bilingual in English and Korean - proficient in both spoken and written
- Project management experience
- Good presentation skill
- Strong team player with good interpersonal relationship
