A top tier investment bank in Asia, are now looking for a campus recruitment specialist to join their regional HR centre of excellence team.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Front Office Head of Campus Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting end to end campus recruitment activities which will include: planning and designing campus strategies; organizing the logistics of campus road shows; coordinating internship programs and working closely with the business as a point of contact to achieve set campus goals. This is a true learning opportunity to gain exposure across all levels of campus recruitment, as well as gain more responsibility if you can demonstrate you are a high performer.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree educated, you will possess a minimum 2 years in campus recruitment or lateral recruitment within Financial services or a Professional firm.
- Confident and strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to deal with all levels of staff particularly senior business heads.
- A strong team player willing to roll your sleeves up and provide strong administration and coordination support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is required.
- English language skills are essential, with Cantonese or Mandarin a strong advantage.
