Business Overview: Treasury Security Services (TSS) Shared Services is a growing team which supports SWIFT, Telex, Fax and Global Sanctions services for all Lines of Business within JPMorgan on a global scale, including the ASIA, EMEA and WHEM regions. With the recent build out of the SWIFTBus Messaging Platform, you will be involved in the supporting activities and migration of Line of Business applications from the legacy MHS and US MERVA applications across to the SWIFTBus platform. Team Description The TSS Shared Services Test Team are a global team of 28 resources located in Bournemouth (UK), Tampa (US) and Mumbai (India) and the teams work portfolio is equally spread across all 3 locations to cater for cross training of key skills and knowledge. Job Description As a Test Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks. Key Responsibilities: Daily monitoring and support of the existing legacy SWIFT Messaging infrastructure, including Message Handling System (MHS) and US MERVA, in addition to the future distributed SWIFT Messaging infrastructure incorporating the SWIFTBus and iBUS applications. To take ownership of the support mailbox telephones to provide technical support and customer service to clients and business areas within JPMorgan. To be able to work effectively and efficiently with our geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups, located in India, UK US. To liaise with support functions and other business units to ensure the customer receives satisfactory responses in a timely manner. To understand all enhancement changes to all SWIFT Messaging applications that are scheduled every week through the mature Change Management process. Provide in-house training to other Treasury Securities Services staff in all aspects relating to new developments / releases of software enhancements.
