BRIEF SUMMARY OF PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Timely handling of shipping documents and Letter of Credit instructions and transmission of scanned details to Bournemouth/Mumbai processing hub and onward dispatch of printed documents, as appropriate on behalf of London Branch for German clients / beneficiaries Review and issue Standby Letter of Credit and Guarantee transactions, locally booked in JPMAG, for German, Swiss and Austrian clients ensuring full compliance with legal, credit and regulatory requirements Provide excellent first line client support to ensure that all client service issues are dealt with promptly, acting as interface and working closely with operations, sales as well as clients.
