T&SS Marketing – APAC / EMEA Client & Industry Insights Manager, VP recruitment

To deliver client and industry insights that help guide key strategic decision making and address tactical issues facing Treasury Services in an effort to support business growth.
The achievement of this position's objectives will require the following:

Being part of the best practice group for gathering, analyzing, and communicating objective research and intelligence.The core responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Lead a team of insights professionals - both industry and client
Collaborate with internal clients in Sales, Marketing and Product to identify knowledge gaps, develop a learning agenda, create research plans and design individual studies and innovation-focused insight generation activities
Supervise, as well as directly execute, the design and implementation of client and industry studies and plans (sometimes in partnership with vendors)
Deliver recommendations based on insights to internal business owners on marketplace opportunities, and the optimal configuration, positioning, and messaging strategies for new / enhanced solutions
Present insights to senior management and other key internal stakeholders
Manage and execute all facets of client insights studies for the Treasury Services businesso
Collect and analyze responses and create customized presentations for stakeholderso
Communicate results and recommendations to all stakeholders throughout the businesso
Provide direction/consultative advice to Treasury Services teams/projects on how to work with results and provide detailed insight on the datao
Perform data analysis to identify potential clients at risk and to identify clients with revenue opportunities
Develop new industry and / or client insights studies that support the businesso
Conduct tabulation and written analysis on client specific product or service studieso
Prepare customized results presentations with actionable recommendations for improvemento
Present the results with objectivity to all levels within the organization
Re-engineer the client insights process to be more efficient and effectiveo
Constantly examine current processes and seek out new methods
Provide client insights expertise to the businesso
Determine the best methodologies for business partnerso
Provide consultative advice on the interpretation of results and development of action planso
Provide input into client RFPs as appropriateo
Support senior management requests for information
Design and implement customized market research studies to address specific business issues and questions as they arise
Maintain central repository (intranet site) of market research studies for the business
Manage client and market insights vendor relationships
Partner with JPMC Strategic Sourcing to establish and maintain JPMC master agreements for all relevant vendorso
Ensure vendors are selected managing a rigorous vendor selection process
Manage eSurvey application from a business owner perspective; partner with technology and APAC/EMEA Client Insights manager to identify and prioritize enhancements
Partner closely with North America Client Industry Insights manager to deliver a global view of the business and seamless client experience

Qualifications

15 years of client and/or vendor side experience managing custom market research projects
5 years people management experience
Excellent qualitative and quantitative research skills, and highly analytical
Experience with a broad range of research techniques and methodologies required, including ideation, concept testing, ethnographic research, segmentation and persona development, maxDiff and conjoint analysis
Significant experience managing global research projects, work experience based in other countries strongly preferred
Demonstrated research expertise in the digital, social and/or technology space
Solid interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in cross-functional teams across culturally diverse geographies
Must have strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and communicate actionable insights from research findings is essential
Candidate must be able to handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously
