Turkish-Speaking Customer Service/Sales Executive

Our client, an incredibly progressive Online Gaming company based in Central London, are looking to recruit a number of Turkish-speaking candidates to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client are a leader in their field and, as a result, have a global appeal - they have a huge Turkish speaking market and therefore require fluent Turkish speakers to join their customer service/sales team.

The main focus of the role is split into two main parts, detailed below:

- 20% of the role will be to sell the company's services to new and existing clients, generating new business through outbound sales (50+ calls a day)

- 80% of the role will be to converse with clients over Live Chat (Instant Messenger), responding to customer queries covering payments, technical issues, gaming issues and complaints

In order to be considered for the role(s), it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Fluency (written and verbal) in both Turkish AND English
- Experience of speaking with customers over the phone
- Full, unrestricted eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent basis
- Social, outgoing personality
- Excellent, articulate telephone manner
- Ambition to progress

There is a lot of room to progress within the company, given their huge appeal - Hays have placed in excess of 35 candidates at the company over the course of the last two years, many of whom have gone on to be promoted to new positions.

Working hours for the role are 9.00am to 8.00pm, four days a week (including one of the two weekend days)
