Our client is not looking for Journeymen - they require experienced senior individuals that can be credible in front of clients that have £15-25m or more to invest. They are looking for someone who is at Senior VP level and should be Director, or Director level but should be Executive Director. They are looking for candidates that wish to have a career career progression rather than a job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Servicing - reviews, updates, new products/services, client events
- Relationship Management - entertain, increase usage, develop referrals
- Acquire clients - new to bank clients, develop own networks, leverage internal networks
- Develop networks - build introducers, referrals, internal peer networks
- Senior Member of Team - you will mentor relationship managers, offer guidance and knowledge (package reflects this extra responsibility)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8-10+ Years Experience in Private Banking/Private Client Arena
- Motivated Driven
- Independent but ability to work in a team
