Description

Responsible for all aspects of the trade function and management of the trading team for specified US $ money market clients. Assists manager in the Client Management of Clients allocated. Must have excellent customer service skills and have responsibility for ensuring the TA teams reporting to them are consistently meeting the needs of the client. Responsible for resolving issues as well as identifying and discussing process improvements such as automation and control. Assist in coordinating the TA functions required for new fund launches or changes to current fund structures for your Clients. Organize and implement appropriate cross training is planned for Supervisors and Administrators across all fund types so that productivity is maximized across the trading team. Ensure adherence to BNYM standard procedures and controls by Supervisors and Administrators in accordance with TA Department procedures manual. Responsible for the completion or review of all critical controls and key risks that ensure compliance with internal procedures and minimize exposure. Responsible for resolving issues as well as identifying and discussing process improvements such as automation and control. Qualifications

High School. Some college preferred. 3-5 years experience. 5-7 years preferred. 3-5 years of financial services/transfer agency related experience plus 2-3years managerial experience. Strong Analytical, detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills. Client Service experience a plus.
