Key Responsibilities
Creating an effective sales strategy in the UK for ambitious growth and the subsequent successful implementation of these plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
Day to day man management of the UK sales team
Interface with all relevant internal departments to ensure congruence in objectives and effective working relationships.
Working with Sales Channels within the UK and creation of a resource plan to exploit each channel effectively, and open up new channels.
Working with key partners including banks TMCs to drive incremental revenue
Responsibility for sales skills training to support sales growth targets within the UK.
Active participation in Marketing and PR activities and planning.
