The planning team’s objective within the Operations Planning Control Group is to support the Operations Division
By understanding and analysing initiatives, the team develops appropriate course of actions to maximise efficiency, ensure processes are adhered to, and minimise risk. The team also manages secretariat responsibilities for EOD management, including: handling periodical reports, budget control, compliance and other internal control related matters.

The roles also requires on an ongoing basis production of reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Work Experience (Essential): Previous working experience within a Banking Planning function. Good understanding of general banking operations and their interdependencies.
Analysis skills. Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
High attention to detail. Strong communication skills.
