Key Responsibilities

 Creating an effective sales strategy in the UK for ambitious growth and the subsequent successful implementation of these plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
 Day to day man management of the UK sales team
 Interface with all relevant internal departments to ensure congruence in objectives and effective working relationships.
 Working with Sales Channels within the UK and creation of a resource plan to exploit each channel effectively, and open up new channels.
 Working with key partners including banks TMCs to drive incremental revenue
 Responsibility for sales skills training to support sales growth targets within the UK.
 Active participation in Marketing and PR activities and planning.
