Underwriting Manager, A&H Brokerage recruitment
Our client is a world renowned global insurer which provides general insurance products to clients in over 60 countries worldwide. This multi-national corporation has a career opportunity for an experienced Underwriting Manager to lead the development and implementation of a robust brokerage strategy in the Singapore office.
As Underwriting Manager for the Accident Health division you will be responsible for quality control, pricing management, catastrophe management as well as the training and development of your staff. You will also be required to work with internal stakeholders to generate underwriting profits and ensure that new products produced meet market needs.
In order to be successful in your application you will have a relevant degree and a minimum of 8 years the insurance industry as an underwriter or production underwriter within the Accident and Health field, preferably with solid exposure of a profit centre environment within a large multinational company.
