Unit Head – Process Reengineering recruitment

Reporting into the Head of Quality, this role has 2 direct reports and as a team focusses on achieving the quality goals evolved by regular training, feedback amd monitoring of different quality programs through the implementation of strategic projects. Main responsibilities include:

- designing and implementing strategic projects and quality control initiatives in line with the business strategy for the retail and corporate bank.

- designing and rolling out quality SLA's across the bank.

- end to end review and streamlining of key Service delivery processes.

- designing and monitoring service levels for key business processes.

- initiating process improvement projects based on business requirements.

- institutionalising corrective action / preventive action mechanism across the retail and corporate bank.

- building six sigma capability within the bank through training on methodology and its applications.

- mentoring and guidance of Six Sigma projects.

Skills / experience required:

- graduate or post graduate degree

- Six Sigma black belt certification

- Minimum 8-10 years experience of which at least 2 years in Banking with 2-3 years in Quality Management.

- Exposure of working in Retail and Corporate Banking environments.
