UNIX Architects-Financial Services-Dallas recruitment
International Bank is seeking UNIX Architects for positions located in Dallas. Candidates must be proficient in infrastructure architecture of scalable, automated HPC deployments, and possess strong knowledge of UNIX technologies, support and process lifecycles in enterprise systems ( Linux, Solaris e.g. mechanics of kernels, process lifecycles, DNS, NIS, LDAP, autofs, NFS, AFS, TCP/IP, jumpstart, kickstart). Candidate must have experience with virtualization technologies, and a strong understanding of SAN/NAS and associated Protocols. Extensive experience with Perl, shell programming, Python, etc. a must. Ideal candidate will have Dtrace/Systemtap experience, and extensive knowledge of high-performance, highly-available computing environments and integration of technical products into complex environments.
