Job Description:
Immediate need for Payroll Specialist seeking a fast paced environment. Your ability to work at a fast pace will be key to succeeding in this growing organization. Will be responsible for their payroll processing. They run three separate payrolls (2 weekly, 1 semi-monthly) for approximately 450 employees. There are many deadlines to get paperwork in, data entry complete, and checks ready so must be the type of person can move from task to task quickly and efficiently. Must have experience with doing a large volume of 3+ years computerized payroll processing from data entry through check processing. Strong computer skills with MS Word and Excel as well as strong skills with alphanumeric data entry. A speed of at least 12,000+ksph are a minimum. If you type at least 65-75+ wpm and have fast ten key of at least 11,000+ksph, you should have the speed they are looking for. Solomon knowledge would be a huge plus.
