Our client is a well known hotel in Brussels. For their reception desk they are looking for an enthusiastic student. You will be working during the first week of the Easter holiday, so from March 31 to April 15.
Job description
You will be the back-up of the two other receptionists at the reception desk.
- You will welcome the customers at the hotel and offer them something to drink.
- You will answer the customer's questions at the desk.
- You make sure that the meeting rooms of the hotel are always provided with drinks and that they always look spic-and-span.
- When needed, you help the other receptionists with their administration, e.g. filing, scanning, filling out forms,...
Job requirements
- You have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
- You have a professional look.
- You are always polite, cheerful and friendly.
- You have proficient knowledge in computers and should be able to operate spreadsheets and word programs
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You will be available from March 31 until April 15.
