Main Function
The primary functions of the position will be managing and reviewing of federal and state income tax returns and provision for a number of Barclays' entities.
Main Duties
Review federal and state corporate income tax returns, extensions, and quarterly estimate tax payments.
Review monthly, quarterly and year-end tax provision computations.
Assist with federal, state and local tax audits.
Handle special projects.
Supervise subordinates
Person Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
9+ years experience in tax compliance and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree a plus.
Proficiency with TaxStream and Corptax software a plus.
Strong analytic, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
