....to build and lead a business based in New York that is targeted for the major buy side and sell side US Treasury/Global Rates and related Futures traders. This opportunity is for someone with 10+ years of solid cash market rates experience with a major bulge bracket firm or bank who would be looking for a new and exciting challenge. This is a sales, product management, and strategy position at this firm. The role requires someone with a big personality to drive a business and motivate and manage other professionals. This is a senior role that requires someone who has the experience and gravitas to open doors with major Institutional Clients and arrange meetings with the main decision makers at buy and sell side firms. This is a role for a US Treasury Market professional who recognizes that the structure of the industry is changing and wants to leverage his/her skills, experience and institutional client contacts in a dynamic and growing enterprise. A strong personality is required to be the product spokesperson and evangelist for the product both internally and with dealers and customers. Experience with technology product development is preferred. The firm is offering top compensation for the right person.
