UX Architect recruitment
Alexander Ash is looking to recruit a User Experience (UX) consultant. Our client a Tier 1 consultancy runs some of the most popular and widely used Internet and digital services, including some of the top sites in the UK. The UX Group works with Fortune 500 clients on complex, global projects across many different industries to deliver highly usable, beautiful user interfaces. With a well-defined User Centred Design approach, we apply our expert knowledge of UCD via a consulting model to design experiences that delight our clients, their employees and customers.
The ideal candidate must be a passionate user advocate and evangelising UCD within your project and to your client. You must be able to build close relationships with your client, understanding their needs and their customers' needs, and providing solutions that meet or exceed requirements whilst working with cross functional project teams including graphic designers, developers, client stakeholders, and sponsors within a UCD framework to ensure delivery of usable interfaces. You must be hands on and also provide consultancy-level expert advice to clients on usability and IA issues.
As a UX consultant you will have experience in some or all of the following, leading or contributing to large-scale UX / UCD projects, using Agile or other iterative approach.
You must be able to creating high fidelity prototypes and wireframes (using Axure / Omnigraffle / Balsamiq /Visio etc), researching and defining customer journeys, and creating information architectures, while pulling together usability audits, competitor analyses, and customer research.
