UX Developer / Designer (Expression Blend) recruitment
Main Duties
Delivers the functionality requested including: Rapidly learn the existing generation of the framework and Finance systems that rely on it. Participate in UX / UI design of future solution. Coding and unit testing of future generations of the framework. Work with testers to verify the solution. Rework defects and take part in defect analysis.
Understand the Investment Banking domain and Finance systems. Grow the framework to include requirements from dependent applications. Advise other application development teams on their applications and provide functionality to be used across the Finance IT group. Evangelise the framework and its benefits to other application development teams.
Essential
• Hands-on, project experience with Microsoft Expression Blend, WPF and .NET 3.x or 4.x
• At least 6 years application development experience of which the last 4 years have been on C# technologies.
• Microsoft Expression Blend
• Good knowledge of Colors /Styling/ graphics/themes
• Good Knowledge of WPF / Silverlight
