, Talent Management Consultant, Vice President recruitment

Purpose of the Role:
-Oversee implementation of the Talent Management strategy, related initiatives, procedures and programs in NA.
-Ensure that all Talent Management programs are implemented within the appropriate time frame and budget.
-Build and maintain relationships with HR Business Partners and regional business leaders to ensure effective senior sponsorship, education and delivery on TM programs
 

Duties:
-Co-lead the sourcing of a Talent Management integrated technology solution, outlining key guiding principles and overall strategic direction.
-Support the introduction of the global Executive Promotion Process for SVPs and EVPs.
-Review the SVP Induction program and introduce new program for successful candidates in 2012
-Ensure regional implementation of talent programs and processes across all businesses, including the promotion process, talent review, performance management, succession management, executive, leadership, and key talent development; ensure a high standard of programme quality.
-Collaborate with global Talent Management colleagues to coordinate consistent talent program service delivery globally.
-Oversee the implementation of key talent management initiatives to meet set targets, budgets, and timelines.
-Support the process of talent review and succession planning activities in NA, liaising with HR Business Partner’s and business leaders as appropriate to identify top talent and develop succession plans
-Assess, and implement key talent, leadership and executive development strategies and coaching processes.
-Consult with HR Business Partners, employees, and managers to deliver leadership and key talent management services.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
-Deep consulting expertise, including virtual consulting
-Strong leadership development, performance management, succession planning, talent review and talent management expertise
-Proven experience in implementing best-in-class Talent Management programmes that meet the development needs of all levels within the organization
-Extensive Talent Management experience or similar discipline required.
-Educated to Degree-level or equivalent.
-Broad understanding of Talent Management trends and industry best practices
