Vanguard, one of the world's largest investment management companies and a recognized employer of choice, seeks career-oriented individuals for the Vanguard Accelerated Development Program (VADP). The program is available to graduating college seniors who are ready to enter the business world and eager to continue learning in a well-defined, hands-on program.
About the program
VADP is a challenging, rotational program designed to build your leadership, relationship management, and analytical skills as you prepare for a supervisory, client-facing, or investment analysis career. This 15-month program is divided into 4 rotations that teach you how to build relationships and motivate teams, expose you to our diverse operations, and build your understanding of financial services and investing.
You'll spend your first rotation working directly with our clients. Your second rotation will be spent honing your project management and data analysis skills. Then, based on your strengths and interests and Vanguard's business needs, your final two rotations will further develop your leadership, client, and/or investment analysis skills. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be launched into one of the following positions at our headquarters in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania:
- Supervisory role managing entry-level crew.
- Client-facing role with the option to pursue sales or relationship management.
- Investment analyst role with the option to pursue investment research and analysis or money management.

- Assistance in preparing for the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a graduating college senior who possesses:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and motivation.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Community service and participation in extracurricular activities highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and influence others.
- Ability to obtain the Series 7 and 63 licenses within the designated time frame.
