Vehicle Dynamics Engineer-CarSim Job in Raymond, Ohio Us
CSM Software is looking for a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer who is proficient in CarSim, and be able to create and debug models including chassis control algorithms wiht limited direct superision. Familiarity with popular tire models, including curvefitting, debugging, and utilization in full vehicle models.
Validate accuracy of simulation models by comparing to test data.
Predict handling and chassis control system responses, and develop countermeasure to get desired performance.
Utilize DOE tools to develop response surfaces and conduct what if investigation.
Must be abel to document methods, make written reports, and explain results from root cause standpoint.
Must be able to work independently, and be willing to deal with fast changing environment.
Minimum-Bachelor Degree in Engineering and 2 Years vehicle Dynamics modeling/simulation experience.
Some experience in any of the following vehicle dynamics modeling codes is desirable: ADAMS/Car, Sim ulink, VirtualLab.
