BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Lexus Vehicle Technology Specialist will be committed to creating an unparalleled Lexus delivery and ownership experience. This person will gain mastery over every aspect of Lexus technology and be able to explain and demonstrate those technologies in a way that will ensure Lexus guests get full enjoyment out of their new vehicles. The VTS will be responsible for providing front-line support to customers with complex technology questions or concerns during the ownership experience. In addition to the above, the VTS will have expert knowledge of Bluetooth, Smart Phones and I-Pads. More typical responsibilities would be providing a thorough explanation and demonstration of the vehicle features and controls and be able to personalize the vehicle to the customer’s needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College diploma or one to three years’ related sales and/or service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. This person will have a great personality, be well-organized, be self-motivated, disciplined, energetic, articulate and be “tech-savy”. The progression into a sales position should be the next obvious step.

The dealership has been under the current ownership since August of 2000 and has always earned the renowned Lexus Elite Dealership status. In February 2010, our newly constructed 80,000 square foot dealership was completed. Lexus currently employs just under 100 employees.
COMPENSATION:
Approximately 40 hours per week with some Saturday scheduling should produce around $36,000 annually.
