Vice President, Adminstration Home Office recruitment
VP Administration for Home Office, US/Canada will service all Chartis business units operating in the
Home Office Headquarters within the NY and NJ area serving 6,500 employees in 7 locations.
The position will handle:
Real estate planning - in collaboration with Global Corporate Real Estate support the business needs by gathering requirements, analyzing costs, propose options and delivering and executing a plan that optimizes our footprint and cost containment.
Space management - handle day to day management of space utilizing the corporate system. Must balance the needs of the diverse organization by understanding strategic priorities, apply standards and executing the plan. Participate in programs that maximize our space utilization such as desk sharing and hoteling.
Business Continuity Management - is a primary coordinator for Chartis Home Office working with the Global
Business Continuity Management team. Provide support and liaison between BCM and the key business stakeholders in NY/NJ.
Technology Liaison - assist IT with desktop upgrades acting as a distribution vehicle for information. Liaison between the various technology groups and the end users. Key focus on voice technology.
Records Management - enforce corporate policy, reduce onsite storage of files and ensure overall compliance.
10+ years experience in administration services with a focus on real estate planning and corporate
governance.
Strong operational skills, workflow and project management.
3-5 years management experience
