THE ROLE:
Deal Management
- Negotiation and completion of deals
- Identifying funding opportunities
- Developing client relationships
- Project management of legal, insurance, technical and financial advisors
- Reviewing of reports
- Analysis of credit risks and prepartion of detailed credit assessments
- Innovation of different debt structures and priciting scenarios
- Liaising with Risk Solutions Group and Syndications Desk
- Assist with sell-downs
Relationship Management
- Manage customer relationships
- Develop understanding of clients' strategic objectives
- Provide Integrated customer relationship plans
- Prepare customer plans
Contribution to Team Success
- Act as a role model
- Share market knowledge and skills
THE CANDIDATE:
Requirements
- Experience of Renewables sectors
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent deal structuring skills
- Strong credit risk analysys skills
- Ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in a customer-facing relationship role
- Higher education degree or professional qualification equivalent (e.g. ACCA, CFA)
