The incumbent of the above position will play a key role in the review, design, implementation and oversight of healthcare, other insurance benefits and wellness programs across the Asia Pacific region. The role requires a strong, resourceful individual of high analytical and organizational abilities who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive healthcare, other insurance benefits and wellness agenda across the Asia Pacific region
• Responsible for development of key programs across the region
• Responsible for data analysis and recommendation on all aspects of healthcare, other insurance benefits and wellness programs
• Ensure legal compliance, competitiveness, relevance and alignment with organizational goals
• Facilitation of communication of healthcare, other insurance benefits and wellness programs to employees
• Maintenance of intranet website for the promotion of healthcare, other insurance benefits and wellness programs
• Responsible for completion of annual and ad hoc market survey and analysis
• Coordination between brokers, insurers and local HR teams on healthcare and other insurance renewals
• Partner with global team in relation to international pooling arrangements
• Vendor management to ensure key performance indicators, service level agreements and ongoing data security requirements are met, negotiation of vendor contracts and resolution of service issues
• Coordination of wellness seminars, newsletters and regular reporting across the region
• Partner with regional and local HR teams across the region to provide consistent support to clients in all locations
• Consolidate reporting updates on a regular basis to business and management
• Responsible for budgeting and cost setting for current and anticipated healthcare, other insurance benefits and wellness programs

Skills

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• Strong academic background with 6 to 8 years of experience in healthcare and other insurance benefits with a multinational financial organization
• Solid, technical knowledge of international and regional healthcare, other insurance benefits with experience in program development, implementation and administration
• Experience in wellness programs is highly preferred
• An effective communicator with strong relationship building and influencing skills
• Strong project manager
• Sound analytical abilities with a clear focus on comprehensiveness and quality of information
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Strong inter-personal skills and an ability to provide technical advice to non-technical stakeholders
• High level of initiative and a strong will to succeed
• Excellent PC skills with MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
