Vice President-Human Resource Manager recruitment

 Responsibilities

• Work on new employee onboarding

• Liaise and assist employees with issues regarding benefit issues

• Providing market colour to new members of the team

• Work alongside managers on recruitment

• Plan and provide accurate descriptions and requirements for the necessary role

• Create recruitment agreements and screen candidates

• Provide support to managers with mid level and end of year reviews

• Ensure that all employees are complying with local law

• Participate and plan employee coaching sessions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience; preferably from tier 1 bank or large buyside firm

• Strong bachelors degree with good GPA score

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills

• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English; Japanese language skills are highly desirable
