Principle Accountabilities
- Deliver a value proposition aimed at earning incremental business
- Achieve annual targeted sales goals set up by senior management, by establishing strong working knowledge of advanced sales concept and product features/benefits, and motivating the RMs to generate leads
- Train and develop strong technical sales concepts with the RMs; maintaining high level of submission-to-paid ratio.
Skills/Attributes
- Degree with minimum 8 years of related experience
- Accreditations in M5, M9, M9A, HI and GI
- Good understanding of Universal Life
- Good team player who is self-motivated and customer service-oriented
