We are looking for a proven leader who can help improve and create new marketing and lead generation systems, models, methods, partners, and channels to increase and maintain our student lead flow. The right candidate will be able to run a marketing department consisting dealing with internal and external relationships to help increase the quantity, quality and price of new student acquisitions using multiple methods, such as seminars, long-form and short-form television, internet, SEO, SEM, email, direct mail, print and other traditional marketing methods.

The ideal candidate will have direct response marketing experience in a wide variety of formats in the adult investment education field with PL responsibility, strong analytical and people skills, and must be flexible to change within a dynamic organization, yet highly focused on successful execution. Additionally, a positive “can do” spirit is also highly desirable with the ability to bring in all the right parts for the best results.

Job Responsibilities

·         Manage current marketing methods and department

·         Responsible for PL or acquisition costs of marketing department

·         Engage outside marketing professionals to create marketing copy

·         Design, develop, and implement marketing systems and structures to feed the organization with new student acquisition leads

·         Increase quantity and quality of student acquisition leads within budgets

·         Create, develop and implement new marketing models, methods, and channels

·         Increase effectiveness of marketing to existing students to continue education

·         Review, monitor, and improve current marketing methods

·         Review, monitor and maintain outside marketing partner relationships

·         Accountable for the overall quantity, quality and cost of new student acquisition leads

·         Negotiate proposals, contracts, and agreements

 

Job Requirements

·         Strong analytical skills with a creative understanding of the marketing process

·         Able to manage people and obtain high performance from staff

·         Prior PL or acquisition cost responsibility

·         Ability to make decisions and solve practical problems quickly

·         Detail-oriented while able to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Strong business acumen, competency, and solid leadership skills

·         Able to create and foster collegial relationships with marketing partners, prospects, clients, management, and sales teams

·         Enthusiastic, tenacious and comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial environment

·         High integrity and godly character

·         Experience and knowledge in the event, seminar, media, or educational industries, as well as investor, business, or financials services is strongly preferred
