The Vice President of Domestic Sales will work with Global VP to increase market share and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding high revenue goals and building an efficient sales team. Frequent client visits and travel required.

Responsibilities:

* Execute against a focused sales strategy to acquire and develop new clients.
* Leverage current and past relationships to open doors to new business opportunities.
* Structure, negotiate, manage and secure business deals.
* Meet and exceed high revenue goals and expectations.
* Build and manage an efficient and results-driven sales team to grow client base and revenue streams.

Duties:
* Accomplishes sales human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.

* Develops sales organizational strategies by contributing sales information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing sales objectives in line with organizational objectives.

* Establishes sales operational strategies by evaluating sales trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-centric strategies; designing sales systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

* Develops sales financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating sales requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

* Recommends and accomplishes annual revenue contribution by preparing sales forecasts; establishing sales objectives; maintaining rapport with key customers; and developing promotional strategies.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
