Vice President – Sales Management (Hire Purchase) recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans for business growth.
- Develop targets and manage the actual performance against targets set.
- Manage and monitor sales performance/ disbursement against target
- Conduct monthly performance on Business Managers and monitor the performance of the centres.
- Plan and coordinate sales promotion and campaigns with dealer to improve business relationship and business volume.
- Recommend good business opportunities for network expansion plan.
- Develop sales capability of sales force by identifying development needs and leveraging resource to provide training.
- Improve dealers rapport and obtain feedback from dealers to be channeled to management for consideration.
- Supervise and review audit report and to ensure remedial / corrective/ preventive actions are taken immediately to ensure non- recurrence in the further.
Requirements:
- Possess a recognised degree.
- At least 7-10 years experience in heading the Department of Sales (Hire Purchase) in financial institutions or related industry.
- Good business acumen and able to identify new channels for business opportunities.
- Independent, outgoing with good networking for automotive financial business growth.
- Good analytical skills and innovative thinking abilities.
- Good team player.
