Vice President/Director, Account Management, Enterprise Data Management
Position summary
The account management role will be responsible for EDM clients in the US and Canada. The account management will be based on client retention, satisfaction, reference-ability, and additional revenue brought in from the existing clients via training, professional services, or other offerings.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow with Markit EDM, and shape the account management structure and engagement within our outstanding client base.
Duties accountabilities
Duties and accountabilities will include, but not limited to:
- Regular contact with clients, including via email, phone and in-person
- Coordinate between Support, Professional Services, and Sales to ensure client is happy
- Be a Markit advocate for our existing clients
- Be self-motivating and entrepreneurial and accountable for existing clients
- Engage / coordinate in client conferences, round-tables, events, etc.
