Based in Sydney Olympic Park, this role is an amazing opportunity to kick start your career into the world of commercial lending within Local Business Banking! This role is responsible for providing real-time Video Conferencing support to the branch network for Commercial Lending and Sales. Working with a variety of potential SME and Commercial clients, you will:
- Be proactive in developing sales of all the Banks range of Business products (Commercial Lending, Deposit, and Investment Products/Services).
- Service Business and Private Bank customer requirements in the Video Conferencing channel.
- Originate and initiate fulfilment for both business and retail products
The Business Service and Sales Teams provide 24/7 service and support for all business customers including the transactional banking needs for our clients in Corporate Financial Services and Regional and Agribusiness. Our Technical specialists provide 24/7 support for CommBiz and Commercial Cards. They are Innovative and dynamic - empowering our clients with the delivery of the financial and transactional banking products they need to help grow their business.
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be driven and passionate about putting customers first with exposure to personal, transactional, business/ commercial lending products and services
- Possess previous or current exposure with CommSee
- Possess a strong level of commercial acumen,
- Possess professional written and verbal communication skills. Candidates with a second language are highly encouraged to apply.
