VIP Executive (Turkish-Speaking)
Our client, a leading Online Gaming company based in Central London, are looking to recruit a Turkish-speaking candidate to join their team on a permanent basis.
Our client are a huge name in their industry field and, as a result of growth, are looking to recruit a new candidate to join their 30-strong Turkish-speaking team. Based in fantastic new offices in an incredibly central location, this really is a great opportunity for the right candidate!
Initially, you must have the following in order to be considered for the role:
- Eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Fluency in both English and Turkish (written and verbal)
- Previous sales/customer service experience
In this role, you will be working as a VIP Executive, dealing with high-profile accounts both proactively and reactively. You will spend a proportion of your time handling inbound queries (phone/email/live chat), ensuring your clients are as happy as possible with the service. In addition to this, you will spend a proportion of your time making outbound cold calls to new leads, selling the company's services and converting calls into new sign-ups.
The working hours for the role are based on 2 separate shifts that you will rotate weekly on (8.00am - 4.30pm and 11.30am - 8.00pm). The shifts cover all 7 days of the week, however you will only work 5 days a week. (Your shifts will occasionally cover weekends and Bank Holidays).
