ServiceSource-Florida Region is seeking a Vocational Evaluator to identify consumers vocational feasibility through analysis of testing results. Conduct labor market analysis to determine appropriate and available job opportunities in the local community. Report on labor market info in final evaluation report. Market and secure employers and businesses that are willing to provide a worksite, supervision and feedback for Community Based Evaluations. Document consumers work performance through observation, case notes, and worksite supervision feedback. Contact all individuals referred within 48 hours of referral receipt. Inform the consumer and referring counselor of vocational feasibility and direction through exit meetings and written reports. Make appropriate individualized recommendations which reflect consumers vocational feasibility and vocational goals by interpreting test results and integrating referral information. Bachelor's degree in social services from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience. MA in Rehab Counseling, CRC or CVE preferred. Must have access to reliable and/or dependable transportation. If utilizing own transportation and insurance, a valid Florida driver's license and safe driving record are required .
