Volatility Trading Tech. Leader recruitment
Ideal Tech Lead will be a team player with the ability to work under pressure. Ideal candidate will lead a small team of 2 to 4 people (team may grow in future). Must have the following:
• Good understanding of Volatility (options) markets ( Equity )
• Good understanding of Electronic Markets and market connectivity
• Vision for workflow ( Understanding of sales/trader systems )
• Vision for building trader productivity tools ( building pricing tools )
• Experience with deriving volatility information from markets ( Volatility capture/manipulation/management tools )
• Experience with auto-hedging of derivatives
• Good C++, Middleware, PC based User Interface Building skills.
• 4+ years of experience in Options markets ( about 10 years of experience in financial technology )
Experience in FX options.
