Responsibilities:  

•  You will report to the Head of HR you will be responsible for setting up the team from scratch. 

• You will proactively work with the business to set the Training Development roadmap which will achieve long term business objectives. 

• You will be the key driver in implementing and rolling out Training Development initiatives. 

• You will be responsible for conducting trainings as well as flagging learning solutions to the organization.  You will roll out the eLearning platform internally and be a change leader in the organization. 

• In addition you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the training programmes.

• To be successful in this role, you will have a university degree in a relevant discipline. 

• You will have approx. 7 years experience in a similar capacity and team.

• Strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate with different levels of staff.

• Creative and with a proven track record in Training Development with the ability to develop, design and implement training programmes. 

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
