RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will manage the execution related aspects of the Corporate Access function. This is a hands-on role requiring taking ownership of day to day coordination and management, as well as achieving on deliverables and targets which will include the following:

Existing relationship with IR Teams of HKEX listed corproates. And ability to utilise these relationships to deliver corporate signups for Long haul NDR's and Investor conferences.

Corporate pitchbooks for NDRs and conferences

Pitchbooks for bespoke institutional client trips (reverse roadshows)

NDR/conference feedbacks from institutions

Management pack data tracking and monthly reporting

Corporate broking trading summaries

Conference scheduling experience

Be able to drive all corporate access offerings: Conferences, NDRs, reverse roadshows, tour schedules, site-visits, luncheon arrangements

Other ad-hoc projects and tasks for event logistics

Post conference budget and feedback, real-time info update on website, etc

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideally the candidate will hold a BA from a premier academic institution (MBA will be an added advantage) with 3-5 years of relevant work-experience (most preferably for Corporate Access, Investment Banking or Research)

The candidate should be a pragmatic "self starter" - someone who can work both independently as well as a part of a Regional and Global team

Understand and have personal experience around the services around Corporate Access for the benefit and welfare of both institutional clients and Corporates

Good communication skills and should be comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Positive attitude especially with corporates, clients and other staff members

Be able to multi-tasks and understand the fast-paced, real-time investment banking environment. Ability to work under pressure, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, independent, reliable and will possess strong organisational skills. The candidate should also be sound in problem solving and be creative to new process innovations

Good data management and analysis skills and a high degree of comfort with Excel, market databases, and Powerpoint

Proficient in English and fluent in Mandarin to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
