A leading global bank is looking for a senior Operations specialist to lead a team of 15 in the Wholesale Banking Operations division. You will have 4 direct reports.
The main areas of responsibility will include Payments, Receipts, Cheque Clearing, Giro Processing, Lockbox Processing and Billings. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of these functions and ensure they meet customers expectations.
You will require a degree and at least 10 years of experience within a relevant Operations role, coupled with management experience. You will possess a strong knowledge of Payment sand Receipts Operations. Strong knowledge of FX Trading and position reporting is also essential.
This role offers a VP level opportunity with a global bank, coupled with a lucrative remuneration package and personal entitlements.
