Our client is a fast growing private bank with strong commitment to growth in Asia Pacific. It is has a strong reputation for employee development and an open, inclusive culture.
This is an exciting role working with senior management across front to back office, where you you will establish and manage a first line of defence function supporting key desks, focusing on business controls, governance and assurance. You will pro-actively identify and assess key operational and business risks and recommend innovative solutions to manage, mitigate and monitor these identified key risks. You will also play a key role in facilitating product and geographical expansion by providing strong risk and governance support.
You are degree qualified with relevant experience gained in business/operational risk management or internal audit gained in private banking. You have experience in establishing or developing a robust business control and governance function working closely with the business. You possess strong analytical organisational and project management skills. Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills will be essential.
