VP Client Services & Investor Relations
A global asset manager are looking to add an addition member to their client services team in New York. You will report into the Global Head of Client Services and Investor Relations and take responsibility for US Investor Relations.

The Role:
•Take a lead in client services for the asset manager; prepare and produce timely responses and accurate RFPs, RFIs and investment literature-commentaries.
•Write regular and ad-hok memorandum internally for the asset manager and externally.
•Address client queries and requests.
•Create marketing materials, client services reports and assist the business development with sales pitches-investment reports.
•You will interact with clients on a regular basis either in person or on the phone-email to ensure successful client services.
•Work closely with senior members of the investor relations and client services team on complex projects as well as frequent liaison with other departments within the asset manager.
•Use programmes such as eVestments, MPA and Lipper.
Skills:
•Previous experience working in a client services- RFP- Marketing- Investor Relations Role with an asset manager.
•Knowledge asset management products - alternative investments is beneficial.
•You must be able to demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience preparing and updating marketing materials.
•eVestment, Lipper, Mercer beneficial.
Requirements:
•A Bachelor degree is required.
•Asset Management client services and investor relations experience essential.
