Our client is a dynamic, fast growing bank with significant international footprint and is continuing to aggressively expand its presence in Asia Pacific.
Reporting to the Singapore Head of Compliance, you will support the bank's consumer and wealth businesses. You will provide compliance advice to the businesses on regulatory requirements, internal policies and formulate solutions to facilitate business development. You will review new business initiatives and processes, assess impact on new regulations and work with businesses to implement processes to address gaps. You will also perform compliance monitoring of business activities and conduct and cultivate and maintain a strong compliance culture within the businesses.
Degree qualified, you will have relevant compliance advisory experience gained in major banks. You possess good knowledge of laws, rules and regulations including Banking Act, Banking Regulations, MAS Notices and Guidelines, Financial Advisers Act and Securities and Futures Act. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
